Smallwood Wealth Management works with top-tier business owners, professionals, and high-level corporate executives to help position their wealth in a coordinated wealth plan.
The mission for the Associate Wealth Advisor is to assist Senior Wealth Advisors in the creation, implementation, and follow-up of Wealth Curve® Blueprints. By the end of year three, the candidate is capable of transitioning to a Wealth Advisor running and managing their own clientele. The applicant must be committed to our Core Values. They should have a “Get it Done” mentality, work in a consistent manner with the willingness to learn along with a great attitude and commitment to our vision.
The outcomes expected of this individual in the first 12 months are:
- Complete all applicable licensing within 8 months of onboarding & complete CFP coursework requirements within 12-18 months of onboarding, then sit for exam.
- Master the 5 Core WC Conversations and strategies so they become natural and can be presented effectively.
- Assist in completing data gathering, organizing, planning, preparing, proposal generation, follow-up letters and client service
- Implement a Natural Market (High School, College, etc) marketing campaign to your core group to attract new clients to your market. Attend Networking Events
- Complete 50+ Wealth Curve® Blueprints with Senior Wealth Advisor plus 20 Annual Reviews
- Sit in on three Wealth Curve® Conversations and audit three Planning sessions per week, ensure that all follow up actions complete and clients are served properly
- Conduct two client data updates per week, independently, with A Clients, Updating WC Blueprints and follow up

Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Industry licensed in Series 6, Series 7, etc.
- A proven ability to exercise considerable discretion and independent judgement when making decisions and interacting with Team Members, clients, vendors, and centers-of-influence
